I am an integrative psychotherapist with UKCP accreditation offering psychotherapy, counselling and clinical supervision.

Providing a safe, comfortable and private setting
Whatever has brought you here, psychotherapy and counselling offer a safe, confidential space where we can work together to explore the problems you are trying to solve.
Life's unexpected twists, losses, and challenges can leave us feeling disconnected, uncertain, or overwhelmed. At times, it can feel lonely trying to make sense of these experiences on your own.
My role is to offer a non-judgemental space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as we work together to solve whatever is troubling you.
Ethics and Confidentiality
As a UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist I adhere to their Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.

In individual therapy, we can be curious about the difficulties that have brought you to therapy and explore what may be happening for you in the present. Together, we can begin to make sense of your experiences, understand patterns that may be affecting your life and relationships, and identify what you want or need to be different. Through developing greater awareness, understanding and self-compassion, we can work together towards meaningful and lasting change that feels right for you.

Our significant intimate relationships can be one of the greatest sources of connection, support, and fulfilment, but they can also bring challenges that feel difficult to navigate alone. In our work together, the focus is not on assigning blame or deciding who is right or wrong. Instead, we will seek to understand the patterns that have developed between you, explore the needs and experiences of each partner, and create opportunities for more open, honest, and compassionate communication.

I offer clinical supervision for psychotherapists, counsellors, trainees and those in other helping professions working with adults.
My private practice and clinical supervision are guided by the ethical principles of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
My practice is based near the centre of Leamington Spa, easily accessible from Warwick, Kenilworth, Stratford-upon-Avon, Coventry, Southam and Rugby. The ground-floor practice room offers a private, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable and at ease.
You'll find free on-street parking nearby, and I'm just a 20-minute walk from Leamington Spa train station. The practice is on the local bus routes, and the town centre is within easy walking distance.
